And the NDIS citizens’ jury verdict is…

Earlier this year the national advocacy organisation People With Disability Australia convened a Citizens’ Jury of people in the NDIS trial sites to hear first hand from those experiencing the roll out of the NDIS. The results show strongly that the scheme is working – finally giving people with disability a say in their own futures and supporting them to live their lives how they choose. The jury also offers a host of recommendations on how to make the NDIS even better.
